The Challenge

Smallflower’s catalog had over 1,000 SKUs—but inconsistent variations, duplicate listings, and flat-file errors made visibility and performance suffer. Their branded content lacked cohesion, and ad spend was being spread thin across low-priority products.

 

They partnered with Lab 916 to:

  • Consolidate their Amazon catalog and fix backend listing issues
  • Rebuild the top 30 product listings with optimized keywords, imagery, and A+ content
  • Implement smart segmentation for ad targeting based on purchase patterns
